“Siam Food Services” Hosts Culinary & Product Showcase Event in Phuket Under the Theme “The New Experience & Beyond”
Phuket – September 2, 2025 – Siam Food Services Limited, a leading importer and distributor of premium food ingredients from around the world, hosted a special showcase event at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Ghao Fah to build on the success of its 35th anniversary celebration in Phuket 2019. This year marks the company’s 40th anniversary and reaffirms its commitment to delivering high-quality products and integrated services tailored to the diverse needs of the food service industry.
The event featured an extensive showcase of curated products, organized into five key categories to give attendees a full view of the company’s offering:
- Meat: Premium beef imported from internationally certified farms, as well as high-quality lamb and turkey
- Seafood: A diverse selection of seafood products, highlighting products certified for sustainable sourcing such as ASC and MSC
- Dairy & Pastry: Including premium cream, butter, ready-to-bake frozen pastries, and bakery flour.
-  Cheese & Fine Food: Specialty cheeses from renowned origins, cured meat from Spain, French Fries, and fine ingredients.
- Dry Food: Italian pasta, Australian sea salt, and antipasti ideal for professional kitchens.
A key highlight of the event was the unveiling of new product lines from the company’s state-of-the-art Production Facility, which became fully operational earlier this year. Designed to support innovation and quality at scale, the facility focuses on four core areas:
- Cheese Processing (Dairy Delights): Precision block cutting, shredding, and grating services with automated production lines and food-safe packaging.
- Butchery & Portion Control (GourMeat & Carne Meats Raw): Custom meat cuts including sliced, minced, steak, and patty formats; Halal certification in progress.
- Charcuterie (Carne Meats): Clean-label cold cuts—low sodium and nitrite-free—developed by German preservation expert Mr. Walter Schiele, and recently awarded at IFFA 2025 by the German Butchery Association.
- Bakery Production (Masterpiece): Frozen croissants, cakes, cookies, breads, and sandwiches crafted efficiency, consistency, and high-quality performance.
The event welcomed a strong turnout of foodservice operators from Phuket and surrounding areas, who enjoyed over 20 tasting menus created using Siam Food Services’ ingredients. Live cooking demonstrations were led by the company’s Corporate Savory and Pastry Chefs, alongside special guest Chef Xavier Charest, Regional Director of Culinary at Banyan Tree Phuket, who presented curated dishes crafted especially for the occasion.
Beyond product presentations, the event served as a platform to foster strong partnerships and enable one-on-one consultations with Siam Food Services' experts. Attendees—from hotels and restaurants to cafés and food entrepreneurs—gained hands-on knowledge and confidence in selecting ingredient solutions aligned with their operational needs.
