To begin Gỏi Cuốn (Vietnam) Fresh spring rolls with river prawn, herbs and peanut emulsion.

Warm the soul Plea Grapefruit (Cambodia) Scallops, pomelo, roasted coconut and palm sugar vinaigrette.

From our Kitchen Tom Yaam Kung Menam Nam Khon (Thailand) Spicy galangal broth with river prawns, chilli paste and straw mushrooms.

The main feast Yunnan Fire Lobster (China) Charcoal-grilled lobster tail with fermented chilli butter and Sichuan pepper sauce, served with Kroeung Lobster Fried Rice (Cambodia).

To end with sweetness Coconut Ice Cream (Thailand) Roasted coconut and palm sugar crumble.
