The Pavilions Phuket's first symphony of flavours a gastronomical affair
PHUKET, 19 November 2018 – The Pavilions Phuket’s first Symphony of Flavours on 16 November was a gastronomical affair for all of those in attendance. The new series celebrates extraordinary culinary experiences dedicated to a passion for sophisticated tastes, culture and the art of exceptional cuisine.
Chef Shinichi Maeda, a multi-award winning 1-hat chef from An Dining, Japan, opened the series at The Plantation Club, the famed restaurant in The Pavilions Phuket, with his unique style of modern Japanese cuisine, employing only the freshest local organic produce.
