Beef noodle soup @ ดี ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเนื้อยเปื่อยหมูตุ๋น
Humble, inexpensive and the perfect belly-warming meal.
There are many places selling beef noodle soup, but this particular one is now my personal favourite. The best I’ve had in Phuket, and certain that it will be one of the best bowls of beef noodle soup you’ll ever have!
Hot steamy rice broth, tender meat with a firey serve! We ordered:
- Beef soup hot pot 100 baht
- Beef soup 80 baht
- Fried spring rools 50 baht
- Fried dumplings 40 baht
- Extra noodles 10 baht
- Crysanthenum drink 20 baht [LOVE THIS!!]
If you’re there when they happen to be busy, bide your time watching them prepare the bowl of deliciousness for you. The cook’s action of whipping up cooked noodles and flipping it into the bowl of hot soup is so mesmerizing – especially when you’re hungry.
We actually arrived 30mins before closing, and the owner Amber Yang and her team were kind enough to stay open for us by almost an hour. So... we made sure to order extra of everything!
The long red signage of the restaurant front is easy to spot, plenty of parking spaces in front of the restaurant - convenient to locate and park.
