Fashion and flavour converge as BOLD unfolds across two distinct evenings on 18 and 19 September 2026.
On 18 September, Rivet & Rebar at The Slate hosts Madagascar Dreams: A Journey of Couture & Cuisine. Created with internationally renowned designer Éric Raisina, the evening presents a chef-led six-course tasting menu inspired by Madagascan vanilla, wild pepper, cacao, coffee, seafood and tropical fruits. Each course is introduced by Éric Raisina before his latest couture collection takes to the runway, accompanied by strings, jazz and Afro-acoustic music.

On 19 September, Coolies Club sets the stage for The Celebration: Dance with Madagascar - an expressive night of fashion, music and Madagascan flavours.
Bar bites, sharing plates and street-food creations meet beverages layered with vanilla, lychee, rum, tamarind and ginger before Raisina’s latest couture collection moves through the cinematic world of Coolies Club.
