The truffle season is upon us and guests can experience a gastronomic journey inspired by this luxury ingredient at Pinto restaurant. Famous for its aroma, taste and aphrodisiac qualities, guests will have the rare opportunity to taste Alba white truffles - the best and most expensive truffles in the world here at InterContinental Phuket Resort.
From 18-30 November, a carefully crafted 5-course set menu for lunch and dinner is offered to guests with a choice of white or black truffle incorporated into each dish. Each course is paired with a selection of wine from Marchesi di Barolo wine estate in Piedmont, Italy.
