Mom Tri's Wok Pagoda presents a wine dinner featuring delights from the chefs with pairing by Siam Winery of new latitude wine vs new world wine.

At 7pm, the 'Panoramic Bubbles Reception' will allow diners to taste Blanc de Blancs Brut 2011 from Monsoon Valley in Thailand. Served at the table will be a four-course meal starting with Roasted Spicy Sea Scallaps and Thai fresh herbs paired with Chenin Medium 2014 from Monsoon Valley.

The second course is Wok Pagoda Prawn Raviolis served with Colombard 2015 from Monsoon Valley and Riesling Mudhouse 2011 Marlborough from New Zealand.

This is followed by Duck Confit in a red curry sauce served with Cuvée de Siam 201 from Monsoon Valley and Chakana Estate Selection 2013 Malbec from Argentina.

The dessert course consists of Blue Cheese Terrine on country bread, crispy pineapple wonton and vanilla ice cream. Chenin Blanc Late Harvest 2012 from Monsoon Valley will complement the dessert course.

Mignardises, Arabica coffee and a fine tea selection will be available to finish off the meal.

The reception is at 7pm followed by a seated dinner. The price is 1,700++ Baht per guest.
