Ingredients
Method
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan, add the onion and fry for two minutes before adding the, garlic, anchovy and white wine.
Fry for another two minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes, black olives, green olives, green chili and dried chili and simmer for 20 minutes until saucy.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until just tender, then drain.
Stir the prawns into the tomato base, season well and cook until the prawns turn pink. Add basil.
Add the cooked spaghetti, toss and serve with parmesan cheese.
