At Rossovivo we’ve recently opened our wood-fired oven BBQ Zone – one oven for fresh seafood and another for imported meats.

We have a new Italian chef, Daniele Dario Fagini, for our wood-fired pizza oven. His pizzas are made with Italian flour and 24-hour pizza dough. It makes a difference!
