Panwa House, Cape Panwa Hotel, Phuket proudly presents for your delight a 3-course set menu.
Start with a choice of appetisers which include a Glass-Noodle salad with vegetables or Fruit salad. The southern platter is served Khantoke style featuring southern Thai dishes including Stir-fried Crab with curry powder, Fried Tiger Prawn with tamarind sauce, Sour Thai Fish Soup and young coconut shoots, Smoked Shrimps with spicy shrimp paste served with vegetables, Deep-fried Fish with lemon grass and steamed rice. For dessert, you can select from Tamarind Sherbet, Ice Cream or Mini dumplings in coconut cream. Included in your meal are drinks such as Traditional Thai iced milk tea, Roselle juice, Bael juice, Longan juice and Lemongrass juice.
This dining experience is priced at 1,400++ baht per set. The restaurant is open daily except Mondays from 6.30 to 11 p.m.
