Grill station: Live lobster, red tiger prawn, Wagyu rump, roasted pork on the spit, rotisserie chicken
Seafood on ice: French oysters, rock lobster, prawns, blue crab, mussels
Japanese corner: Yellowfin tuna, Nigiri sushi, sashimi
A la carte on request: Gazpacho soup, Tom Kamin Gai, Phad Kra Pao, Pla Nueng Manao, spaghetti clam sauce, penne marinara, cheese selections and more.

Grilled sticky rice (Khao Jee), Moo Ping (Isan BBQ pork), Gai Ping ( Isan BBQ chicken), Beef Isan sausage
With all exotic dipping sauce, Jawe Bong (fermented fish relish), tomato relish , Nam Jim Jawe.
