Discover the traditional taste of southern Thailand with The Andaman Catch, a sumptuous set menu featuring Phuket’s freshest seafood. This fisherman’s feast starts with succulent grilled tiger prawns and our signature “lon” of blue crab and ground pork simmered in coconut milk. The main event is a whole sea bass prepared in a choice local styles – deep-fried and served with fish sauce, palm sugar and chili relish; steamed with garlic, lemon, chili, palm sugar and coriander root; or wrapped in a banana leaf and grilled with fragrant Thai herbs. This authentic evening ends with Thailand’s favourite dessert, “khao niew mamuang” – sweet mango and sticky rice.
Overlooking the Andaman Sea and accompanied by Thai music and dance performances, this is an evening that will live long in the memory. Only THB 1,650++ per couple.
