Master Pizzaiolo and World Champion Pizza Maker, Chef Gianni Di Lella brings his culinary expertise and flair to Pinto.

Gianni Di Lella is a multiple award winner. The latest in order of time are the award conferred on him by the Italian Embassy in Moldova for his promotion of Italian cuisine abroad, and a career award presented to him in person by Massimo Bottura, the world's number 1 chef.

Gianni's pizzas are outstanding in many regards, starting from the dough and working through to the internal structure of the "crust", not to mention appearance, and his spectacular ability to give the pizza different, original shapes, such as his famous "star-shaped pizza".

Chef Gianni will be showcasing a selection of delectable world-best pizzas for over 8 menus, “Stella Affumicata” is highlighted and a must-try pizza.

Exclusive for InterContinental Phuket Resort guests, Gianni will also organise a “Pizza Master Class” for the guests to learn and enjoy making the best pizza only on 28th January from 12:00 to 15:00 hrs.
