Experience Five National Cuisines with The Silk Road Buffet
Rim Talay Restaurant at Amari Phuket invites guests to journey down the Silk Road buffet to experience Thai, Lebanese, Indian, Chinese and Japanese cuisines.
The talented chefs provide an extensive menu to select from, including Babaganoush, Taboulleh, Lamb Ouzy, Lamb Kofta, Daal Tadka, Palak Paneer, Mutter Curry, Ghobi Masala, Tandoor Chicken, Roti, Japanese Maki, Sichuan Chinese Hot-and-Sour Soup, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Duckling in Thai Red Curry, Hainan Chicken Rice, Goan Fish Curry and much more. A variety of salads, breads, desserts and fruits are also available. This is a pork-free buffet with a large selection of vegetarian and Jain food.
Guests can enjoy all mouth-watering menus every Thursday from 6 to 10pm.
The buffet is priced at 690++ baht per person (excluding beverages). Children from 5 to 12 years of age will receive a 50% discount. The price is subject to a 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Terms and conditions apply.
