In honour of World Earth Hour, Rivet presents a raw menu at The Slate Phuket's Coliseum Lawn from 7:30 to 10pm. The Japanese set menu will come with a glass of organic wine and is 2,403 Baht net without wine pairing. With wine pairing, the price is 2,600 Baht net.

The resort is supporting the worldwide movement to raise awareness about climate change and to symbolise its commitment to protecting the planet. All non-essential lights will be off with candles providing light throughout the resort. The menu by Executive Chef Stephen Dion is a low carbon footprint menu and uses the minmum amount of energy while providing maximum nutrients and flavours.
