360 at Phuket Pavilions, a boutique resort close to Layan
and Bang Tao Beaches, is such a dining and get together venue.
Chilling out with good music, a fine blend of fusion and international
dishes and a wide selection of drinks are special ingredients with
the background of an everchanging show with performances of spectacular
sights directed by nature.
Comfortable chairs and couches on the outdoor wooden terrace
are an ideal place to appreciate the sweeping views of the sea
and unwind with a cocktail. With a selection of well known and
specialty inhouse drinks, there is a taste for everyone to savour
the top spot experience. If conditions are a bit under the weather,
the covered bar and dining area, set under a white pavilion, also
offer that open air setting to enjoy the tropical flavours.
The Celebration Trio, featuring smoked salmon with goat cheese,
grilled prawn with chilli mango salsa, crisp herbs lamb loin spring
roll was a perfect suggestion by the chef to start our fine dining
occasion off. Each item was artistically presented with a unique
combination of items that offered delights to the eye and to the
taste.
The main course provided similiar enchantments. The Large
Fresh King Prawns were served with an orange and lemon Aspen sauce
and pesto pasta – an exotic blend of items that exceeded
our expectations. Equally as refreshing was the Olive Oil Poached
Seabass, a light and perfectly cooked fish with a delectable saffron
sauce.
Desserts of a Tiramisu and fresh fruit were delectable treats
with the tastes of chocolate, coffee and nature’s originals
to offer a further sweetness to the evening.
For that supreme high on top evening, 360 offers an unsurpassed
experience of outdoor dining close to the stars with superb ambience
and service and fine food, drinks and cool music. It’s well
worth a climb up to the top!
