A superlative main course also serves to capture and continue the exquisite recommendations that have just been savoured. The Grilled Beef Tenderloin Sautéed Mushrooms with snow beans in red wine sauce and sautéed ratte potatoes is a superbly cooked meat along with the seafood delight of the moistly cooked and flavourful Pan Fried Snow Fish with red wine sauce, crispy bacon and mashed potatoes. Both are delectable dishes, which are accompanied by an array of complementary side dishes and sauces.

Desserts also hold a pleasant array of suprises! The White Box “Gourmand”: Red Fruit Coulis and Mascarpone Mousse on a crispy layer is a treat to finish the meal.
