A superlative main course also serves to capture and continue the exquisite recommendations that are just savoured. The Grilled Wagyu Beef Sirloin with grande escolha reduction, figs, plum and mizuna salad is a superbly cooked Waygu steak served with a divine array of sauce and salad. The seafood delight of the Steamed Snow Fish with shitake mashed potato, porcini and saffron cream sauce with clams is a delectable fusion of an array of vegetables and spices with a moistly cooked and flavourful fish.

Desserts also hold a pleasant array of suprises! The Chocolate Soufflé with vanilla ice cream and the Pineapple Carpaccio with spices caramel and coconut sorbet are treats to finish the meal.
