Italian set menu “Discovery” at La Gritta, Amari Phuket
La Gritta – the Italian restaurant at Amari Phuket invites guests to indulge their taste buds on a culinary tour through the finest Italian flavours. Chef Patrizia introduces a new six-course Discovery Menu consisting of the appetiser, main course and dessert, which are the following:
GAMBERONE E CARRIOFO GRIGLIATI
Grilled marinated artichokes with sautéed tiger prawn tails in garlic, oregano, extra virgin olive oil and white wine emulsion
ANTIPASTO MISTO
Marinated bell peppers, eggplants, artichokes, Mortadella with pistachios, buffalo mozzarella, pesto sauce and grissini sticks
RISOTTO CON SALSICCIA E PISELLI
Traditional risotto with crushed fresh pork sausage, green peas and manchego cheese
SORBETTO ALL’ ARANCIA
Refreshing orange sorbet with Campari and mint
BACCALÀ AL FORNO
Baked black cod fish with Kalamata olives, red onions, fresh Roma tomato and roasted potato

SACCOTTINI DI POLLO ALLA CACCIATORA
Slow-cooked free-range organic chicken thigh with smoked eggplant-tomato mousse and rosemary potatoes
CANNOLI
Crispy tube filled with ricotta cheese, chocolate chips and icing sugar
The Discovery Menu is priced at THB 1,590++ per person and is available from now onwards.
